How much is the taxi fare from Puerto Plata Airport (POP) to Sun Village ResortSpa? Is the cost per person?

Hi,
De distance between Puerto Plata airport and Cofresi ( Sun Village Resort is about 1/2 hour drive, because the distance is 25 km but you have to cross the city of Puerto Plata. if you need more info or fares just mail me wo provide VIP transport.

Not more than US$25 dollars.(they have a maximun of 4 people to take with the fare)

It is not 4 km from the airport according to their website. it is 30 KM. So that would like 20 minutes drive more or less.
They dont normally charge for people just trip. So 2 person would pay the same as one.

It will cost around 40 US dollars from the POP Airport to Sun Village. It is also closer to an hour drive since you have to go through the city of Puerto Plata to get there and the traffic in Puerto Plata is terrible depending on time of day.
The rates are per car and sometimes they charge more for a lot of baggage but not for extra people which of course is weird but in this country most things are.
Make sure you make your deal before you get INTO the car as they will try and take advantage of you if you don't.
