How do salon and day spa managers get paid?How much?

I have worked at the same salon now for 6 years and might be taking on a manager position. I currently get paid commison of 55% on services and 20% on retail. I have 88 Hrs of paid vacation time and 8 days of non paid sick/personal time. I get $12 an hr for vacation/meetings or I get paid that if were not busy enough to make commission. How should I figure what I want to get paid and how?
