Are spa ******* good for acne?

They won't make it go away, but they will show you what to do on a regular basis and start you on the right path. They will see what kind of skin you have, and do something appropiate for it.
They will also try to sell you their products which are usually REALLY expensive. So if it's a nice woman/man, ask if they know of a cheaper alternative.
If you are going into the spa, the steam rooms etc are good, because they open up all your pores etc. You should try getting a ****** steamer at home.
Also, lots of water and fresh fruit/veg (sure you hear it all the time).
If it doesn't get better, go see the doctor. They will often pescribe something stronger than you can't buy in the shop.
